A Cincinnati mother and two trans women tortured her young mentally challenged son to death, prosecutors have claimed.

Kaitlin Evans, 38, Nessa Keaney, 23, and Kirby Rankin, 23, are facing charges of murder and child endangerment following the death of William Evans, 7.

The trio were co-parenting the youth prosecutors said in court this week after they were arraigned over the death of William, who was mentally handicapped.

Evans is the boy’s mother. The other two are men 15 years younger who pretend to be women.

After police entered the property, prosecutors said they found him in a closet where he had been bound and duct-taped.

The detective said that visible injuries all over the boy’s body “indicated physical beatings.” Officials said the boy had suffered impact injuries to the back of the head, sustained “water torture,” and evidence was found showing that the boy had been badly burned.
