Abigail Spanberger Confirms What Diversity Means
Diversity does not mean equitable representation. If that were the case, you would see more than a tiny minority of conservative college professors. Diversity means excluding groups that are disfavored. Virginia’s Governor Abigail Spanberger shows us what diversity looks like:
I’m proud to have the most talented, hardest-working cabinet in Virginia’s history. They are also the most diverse cabinet Virginia has ever seen.
Every single one of our cabinet secretaries were selected because they’re the best of the best in their respective fields. They also bring invaluable perspectives from across the Commonwealth — from Danville, Hampton Roads, Richmond, NOVA, and more.
I’m grateful to get to work with these incredibly dedicated, hard-working, and talented cabinet officials to serve the Commonwealth of Virginia.

No white men, despite whites still comprising 66% of Virginia’s population. Also no Asians, who are also disfavored and for the same reason: overachievement. But lots of women and lots of the blacks who sit atop the liberal pyramid of privilege.
We could congratulate Spanberger on being exclusionary enough to achieve maximum diversity — but first we would have to confirm that everyone in the picture is homosexual.
