well for starters, the first photo is one of a satanic symbol Balphomet, the inverted pentacle etc…The “Wiccan” pentacle right side up symbolizes the supremacy of the Creator over the four earthly elements of earth air fire and water… It is usually placed in a circle to indicate the eternal nature of that relationship. Satanics turn it upside down, as they do the cross and any other symbol of a positive orientd belief system. Witches and for that matter, most pagans, do not beieve in a personal devil, any more than they believe that there is one great white shark to tells all the other sharks who to bite… There is in the spirit world a predator/prey relationship very similar to that in the physical plane…Keeping safe from predators is the same in both realms… not all that hard, but that teaching does not fill the collection plate like making up a big bad boogey man to scare people into ponying up the bucks. Western religion gives way too much attention to the dark side… The only true statment in the above article is that ouija boards are a VERY bad (ie stupid) idea… But the reason for that is that they tend to home in on the lunatic fringe of the spirit world… you have no control with an ouija board, and can end up opening doors you cannot close, inviting dangerous and predatory beings into your space….WAAAY bad idea, a little like slitting your wrist and jumping into shark infested waters….results are about the same too, so don’t do that unless you have a fondness for being bitten. Scrying is hard wired into the human psyche, but the current religious thought tends to lump it in with less productive things. Most means of scrying, like tarot, crystal or water gazing etc., allow one to have a lot of control over the information sought and the beings who provide it information. It looks like what happened in this article is that somebody converted from some branch of the Craft to a very fundamentalist branch of Christianity and is trying to impress the Christians with tall tales of how bad the magickal paths are. I speak from almost a half century service to the Great Mother, and I’ll tell you that what this individual is spouting is just not so… :!:

If you are telling what you think is the truth, you are nothing more than a low-level pagan/wiccan, like masons are mostly low-level except for the highest degrees, and know nothing about what the real power and activity is behind the coven.

The high-level leaders know they are satanists, and they use the lower ones as a front, and recruit from them when they feel they are ready to “progress” to satanism. If you are honest, and you really believe there is no satan or demons or whatever, it really doesn’t effect the fact that there really are. You can believe you are worshipping trees and dirt goddesses and whatever else you want, but you’re in fantasy land.

There is a war, and it is between God and the devil.

No there isn’t. We get along quite well. Two sides of the same coin, you might say…

Aaprt from the fact these are fake and there are many documentaries exposing how fake they are, my question is still…why do people think ghosts or demons or whatever would want to manifest in the same exact pose and style as they once photographed in earlier in their life?
