A MiniDV cassette containing footage was submitted in January 2008 for image processing at TÜBİTAK’s (Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council’s) National Observatory (TUG), which documented that the object imagery was not computer animation or studio-created effects while emphasizing that distance, dimensions, and object nature could not be determined from the available frames.
