Fox News Ditches George Will; Brings on Trumper Nigel Farage
In what could be seen as a manifestation of the sea change that has been going on at Fox News over the past year or two, the news station has decided not to renew conservative standard-bearer, George Will’s, contributor contract.
Instead, they are bringing in the new hotness of avid Trump supporter, former British UKIP leader Nigel Farage.
Thus cementing many conservative’s contention that Fox News has ceased to be “fair and balanced” and is instead opting for full adherence as the Trump News Network.
Will’s relationship with Fox News heavyweight Bill O’Reilly, as well as his departure from the Republican Party over its nomination of Donald Trump and abandonment of conservatism, reflected the separation many conservatives like Will experienced during the 2015-2016 election season.
From The Hill,
In June of 2016, he declared he was leaving the Republican party because of Donald Trump, a decision the then-nominee appeared to embrace.
George Will, one of the most overrated political pundits (who lost his way long ago), has left the Republican Party. He’s made many bad calls
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 26, 2016
In 2015 and 2016, Will had periodically feuded with the network’s highest-rated host, Bill O’Reilly, with Will once stating that O’Reilly’s best-selling book, “Killing Reagan” was “nonsensical” and “The Factor” host calling Will “a hack” in a subsequent interview.
Something tells me that George Will, at 75, is better off without the hassle of being involved in such petty disputes, and Fox News’ Trumpian sycophancy.

Amen. It’s about time they got rid of that traitor…although, nowadays the only thing I ever watch on Fox anymore is re-runs of Watter’s World and Miller Time.
