Judy Note: The Golden Age begins on Thurs. 1 Oct. 2026. It’s the biggest financial shift in history that opens the door for a Restored Republic of Constitutional Law.

GROWTH OF THE CIA MIND-CONTROL PROGRAM

1947 The CIA was established by the National Security Act of 1947.

1950-1953
Motivated by Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques, the CIA originated its first mind-control human experimentation program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD, which morphed into ARTICHOKE and then by 1953 was referred to as MKULTRA. There were 149 sub-projects and another 33 closely-related programs in the US and Canada.

In 1977 Director of Intelligence, Stansfield Turner, described in an affidavit that the program was initiated because the Agency was confronted with “learning the state of the art of behavioral modification at a time when the U.S. Government was concerned about inexplicable behavior of persons behind the ‘iron curtain’ and American prisoners of war who had been subjected to brainwashing.”

The CIA mind-control program began with a proposal from Richard Helms (who later became CIA director and who was named by MKULTRA Child Victim C as a perpetrator in a 1995 Congressional Hearing).

Helms outlined a special funding mechanism for highly sensitive Agency research and development projects that would study the use of biological and chemical materials in altering human behavior.

Twenty years later all known files pertaining to MKULTRA were ordered destroyed by Richard Helms before he retired and upon his hearing that Congress was going to investigate the CIA program.

In the second half of the 20th century, these mind-control projects funded by the CIA resulted in extensive political abuse of psychiatry. Many thousands of unknowing victims including innocent children, were subjected to unethical mind control experiments by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. In the early 1900s German experts were in Canadian provincial hospitals doing medical experiments on indigent native children as part of a plan to exterminate native Indian tribes. For this same purpose and since the late 1800s, native children were forced to reside in residential schools operated by the government of Canada and Roman Catholic, Anglican and the United Church of Canada.
1940s-1950s In the 1940s and 1950s young male children institutionalized at the Fernald School in Massachusetts were fed radioactive cereal. The parents as well as the children were simply told they were being fed a diet rich in iron.

April 13 1953 CIA Director Allen Dulles approved MKULTRA on April 13, 1953.

1950s-1960s In the 1950s and 1960s Dr. Saul Krugman of New York University conducted studies of hepatitis at the Willowbrook State School, an institution for the severely mentally retarded. Krugman and his staff systematically infected newly arrived children between the ages of three and eleven with strains of the virus obtained from the feces of Willowbrook hepatitis patients.

1953 A declassified CIA document dated 7 Jan 1953 describes multiple personalities in 19 year-old girls. “These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can pass from a fully awake state to a deep H [hypnotic] controlled state … by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words and that control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. Larry Sinclair has claimed for years that he and Obama had a sexual encounter in 1999 and smoked crack cocaine together. Another name is Donald Young, a choir member at Trinity United Church of Christ during Obama’s Chicago years. Young was shot to death in December 2007. According to the circulating account, Young was allegedly preparing to disclose a years-long intimate relationship with Obama shortly before he was killed. Officials called it a home invasion. Campbell’s drowning is now being read as another chapter in that sequence — men said to have possessed intimate information about Obama whose stories were never fully told before they died. The source says Campbell knew deeply personal material and died before a manuscript could appear.
Trump supporters treat the episode as another example of information about Obama that major media organizations refused to pursue with the same intensity they apply to other political families. If drafts, communications, or witnesses exist, they argue, those records should be located and examined. Young was shot. Campbell drowned on Obama property. Jeannine Larrick has been released from the Guernsey County Jail, though still faces charges of Obstruction of Justice for harboring her abused daughter Kaitlynn. After seven years of suffering beatings, starvation for a year, refused medical treatment and other atrocities while in the Ohio Foster Child System, Kaitlynn and ran away to the protection of her mother.

Although the original charges were dropped against Jeannine, the Municipal Court has kept the case open, refused to take Larrick’s filings and had another court hearing on her case on Fri. 4 Sept. 2026. There they offered Jeannine to drop the case if she would admit to Obstruction of Justice – which she, of course, she refused. You may have heard about the massive wildfire that has burned over 90,000 acres, and has cause the evacuation of the city just south of our Florence (Colorado) Prison Camp, Medium, High and Super-Max Prisons. Within the last hour we could see that the flames have worked their way over the top of the mountains and are within view. We also learned earlier this morning that 300 homes and 4 business have burned down. We’re told that the prison does NOT intend to move us, but rather to shelter in place. This doesn’t sound ideal to me as the smoke is really bothering this old man’s asthmatic lungs, I’ve been struggling with coughing fits. Would you pray for the safety of the over 2,000 inmates at the four prisons?

The fires have also caused the warden to cancel all visits until further notice. Unfortunately, my sweet 90 year-old mother and my brother had planned for weeks, purchased tickets, and arranged for a car rental to visit this weekend, but of course, better safe than sorry. Hopefully, they’ll be able to come for a visit soon.
With regards to our humble Barbie & Ken vs Goliath IRS Petition for a Constitutionally authorized Presidential Pardon, sorry, no we’ve not heard back from the White House in any way.  Sure, we realize that our Petition has the chance of cherry popsicle in hell, but we continue to trust our future in His hands and to believe in His Miracles.
