In response to your report of September 9, 2026, I offer a second witness to validate your experience with the unresponsive legal system in Utah, specifically regarding the prosecution of Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA).

In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. (2 Corinthians 13:1)

Your years of investigation produced facts, evidence and witness testimonies that you presented to the authorities, but neither the FBI nor the Utah Attorney General’s office took action to address the problem.

You wrote, “The Utah Attorney General’s office had a regional Satanic Coven leader under arrest and awaiting trial, but only charged him with molest of one victim. They refused to bring further charges even though I presented them with results of a year long investigation that produced evidence and witnesses about him and his coven members’ lifetimes of rapes, torture and murder of children. In the jury trial that followed and due to a quirk in the law, he was found not guilty on the one charge of child molest. And now, over thirty years later, he and his coven members were still out there doing their thing.”

From 2021 to 2024, I gathered detailed intelligence reports on SRA and secret corruption in Utah that connects to the Clinton Foundation and beyond. I sent the reports to the military through my military liaison. Unknown to me at the time, the chain of command was infiltrated, and instead of reaching the military, my intelligence reports were turned over to Deep State operatives.

After I began receiving death threats for my investigations, I went for whistleblower protection to both the Utah State Attorney General and US Attorney for the District of Utah, John Huber. Instead of supporting further investigation, they covered up the crimes and protected the criminals, as if to suggest that Satanic Ritual Abuse doesn’t exist in Utah.

As early as 2017, I was told that ‘they’ (the Utah AG’s office) couldn’t investigate my claims of corruption and Satanic Ritual Abuse, with this stated reason — ‘It would be a conflict of interest.’ The only way this could be a conflict of interest is if they were involved in the allegations.

The documentation from my investigations now fills four books. Fortunately, the intel is still pertinent, is expanding by the day, and is waiting for delivery to the proper authorities – perhaps Donald J. Trump and the Global Military Alliance Child Sex Trafficking Task Force.

Clearly, something is wrong with the judicial system in Utah, as at least two witnesses can attest, and child trafficking and ritual abuse continue unabated.

Jeannine Larrick has been released from the Guernsey County Jail, though still faces charges of Obstruction of Justice for harboring her abused daughter Kaitlynn. After seven years of suffering beatings, starvation for a year, refused medical treatment and other atrocities while in the Ohio Foster Child System, Kaitlynn and ran away to the protection of her mother.

Although the original charges were dropped against Jeannine, the Municipal Court has kept the case open, refused to take Larrick’s filings and had another court hearing on her case on Fri. 4 Sept. 2026. There they offered Jeannine to drop the case if she would admit to Obstruction of Justice – which she, of course, she refused. The jury trial has been set for Sat. 21 Nov. 2026. Let us pray that Constitutional Law is in effect by then.

The intention of Ohio authorities appeared to be to prevent Jeannine and Kaitlynn from testifying against Ohio Child Protective Service authorities, Guernsey county sheriffs, court authorities and Journey Home NYAP foster care – all believed involved in Human Trafficking.

Journey Home NYAP Foster Care and the Ohio government syndicate all the way up to the Ohio Attorney Generals office, was believed connected to a CIA Child Sex Trafficking Ring which prepared Ohio Foster Care teens for entrance into Sex Trafficking.

The fires have also caused the warden to cancel all visits until further notice. Watch out for: Anyone advertising they will reimburse you for the TRB Trump Products, or set you up on a Quantum Account asking for money to do it. (They use fake accounts and AI to make you think you are dealing with Trump, Tucker Carlson, etc.)

Also watch out for the HSBC Quantum Token/Bitcoin Scam, the TRB Trump Products Scam, the Dave XRPLion Impersonator Scam, the Ezra A. Cohen-Watnick Impersonator Fake QFS Accounts Scam and any other website that asks that you give them your personal identification to register for a QFS Account and/or receive a pay out on TRB products.

DO NOT exchange currency or Zim Bonds anywhere but at a licensed Redemption Center where you will get the highest rates possible.

The HSBC Quantum Scam: They claim they’ve successfully applied “quantum technology” to buy and sell tokenized physical gold. The trick is when you buy the tokens or Bitcoin they keep the gold and have complete control over your bank account.
