Judy Note: It appears we have a crisis on our hands. It was rumored that the 2020 US Presidential Election has been ruled invalid. If so, the entire group of elected federal and state officials, plus any legislation they passed, was also invalid. It will be interesting how, or if, the press covered it.

We knew back in 2020 that in the Presidential Election, the Democratic Party was discovered to have worked with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and 65 foreign countries including Venezuela, to take control over US voting infrastructure in at least 28 states.

Back then the Military counted watermarked ballots and found fraudsters attacked seven key states and over 600 county polling locations to swing the 2020 Election to Biden. The Military also knew that the CCP leveraged financial, nongovernmental and foreign allies to acquire influence. Electronic voting machines were compromised and millions of invalid ballots were used in the election.

We knew all about that back in January 2021 before Biden was put into office. I even wrote an article about it – that most didn’t believe. Joe Biden was sworn in as president of a bankrupt and defunct US Inc. Corporation. Just prior to his pre-recorded-in-Hollywood-by-Castle Rock Entertainment Inauguration, Washington DC, Capitol Hill and the White House were secured within miles of barbed wire fences and 60,000 National Guard troops.

Now over a week later, over 30,000 troops and the barbed wire fencing remained.

Why? An answer came early Mon. morning 25 Jan. when from 3am to 6am arrests of 80 to 140 Congress people appeared to be underway at Capitol Hill – after which Congress seemed to have disappeared.

In reality an Interim Military US Government had taken over Washington DC and was running our country. The two US governments: (1) a legitimate Interim Military US Government empowered by the Constitution and the Department of Defense under Military Code 11.3, and (2) an illegal, fraudulent foreign paid-for, foreign controlled (on the foreign ground of the District of Columbia) Biden Administration.

The US Military appeared to be in charge of Biden and making him sign blank Executive Orders on a stage set of the Oval Office. The White House was said to be empty.

The whole operation began way last Jan. 2020 during a government shutdown. President Trump was said to have reorganized several agencies including the US Treasury, IRS and Federal Reserve. Now the US Military had control of all assets including taxpayer dollars at the new US Treasury near Reno.

This was all made possible after a Sat. 9 Jan 2021 raid by US Military Special Op Teams on CIA Headquarters in Langley Virginia. The raid produced firm evidence that the CIA, Democrats and other traitors had conspired with foreign entities led by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), to interfere in the 2020 Election.

Earlier that Saturday morning 9 Jan. there had been two attempts on Trump and his wife Melania’s lives (there were said to have been twelve plus such attempts since he gained office).

Trump had had enough. He immediately instigated the Insurrection Act (put into law by George Bush Jr. after 9/11), and then turned his authority over to the US Military.

With the nation now under Martial Law, Trump would remain as US President until all those who committed treason were arrested, including those who certified the illegal 2020 Election.

Some in the Pentagon had been preparing for this for over twenty years. The US government was corrupt throughout including Congress and the three letter agencies. There were a lot of traitors whose cases had already been processed through State Grand Juries. There was an estimated 80 to 140 Congress people thought named in over 223,000 sealed indictments filed in federal courts since Trump took office.

Of those, 85% to 95% indicted were Democrats, intermixed with a few Rino Republicans. The majority of charges were said to be pedophilia, child exploitation, misappropriation of US Taxpayer funds and conspiring with foreign powers to influence the 2020 Presidential Election – an act of Treason. Some serious charges couldn’t be brought because Obama pardoned so many in his last days in office.

By Jan. 2 2020 Military Tribunals were said to have already began at GITMO for high profile elites such as the Clintons, Obamas and Bushes. Charges against them were believed to include Capital High Treason, Election Fraud, Child Sex Trafficking, Money Laundering, Misappropriation of US Taxpayer Funds, plus Uranium One, 9/11 and Benghazi crimes.

It was no wonder the Democrats wanted to impeach Trump, again. On Thurs. 28 Jan. certain traitors in both the House and Senate did in fact recognize Trump as the acting US President when they voted, again, to try to impeach him. Under rules of the Constitution you could not impeach a US President if he didn’t presently hold the office.

Donald Trump wasn’t worried about being impeached from the presidency of the bankrupt and defunct US Corporation. He had other plans. On 11 Jan. 2021 Donald Trump was inaugurated as head of the Patriot or Constitutional Party, which made him a candidate for US President, again.

The US Military was about to restore the US Republic to laws underlying the original Constitution as written prior to 1871. That election was planned to be held on 4 March 2021 through use of a transparent, secure and instantaneous Quantum Voting Computer where citizens could vote using their own computers, or phones.

For many years the Chinese Communist Party (not the Chinese government, which was working to become a democracy) had been involved in a takeover of America. That war culminated when just prior to the 2020 US Presidential Election, the CCP bought Dominion Voting machines that through use of an Italian satellite loaned with money at the Vatican, threw what was believed to be millions of Trump votes to Biden. And, the CIA raid proved it all.

The war between the CCP and the US actually ended on Thurs. 28 Jan. 2021 Former Navy Intelligence officer Simeon Parkes reported a showdown in the South China Sea. Jeannine Larrick has been released from the Guernsey County Jail, though still faces charges of Obstruction of Justice for harboring her abused daughter Kaitlynn. After seven years of suffering beatings, starvation for a year, refused medical treatment and other atrocities while in the Ohio Foster Child System, Kaitlynn and ran away to the protection of her mother.

Although the original charges were dropped against Jeannine, the Municipal Court has kept the case open, refused to take Larrick’s filings and had another court hearing on her case on Fri. 4 Sept. 2026. There they offered Jeannine to drop the case if she would admit to Obstruction of Justice – which she, of course, she refused. The jury trial has been set for Sat. 21 Nov. 2026. Let us pray that Constitutional Law is in effect by then.

The intention of Ohio authorities appeared to be to prevent Jeannine and Kaitlynn from testifying against Ohio Child Protective Service authorities, Guernsey county sheriffs, court authorities and Journey Home NYAP foster care – all believed involved in Human Trafficking.

Day #1034 – behind enemy lines
Dear Patriot Friends and Family,
After 8 exhausting years, and 20+ court cases in Utah State Court (Provo, Utah), U.S. District Court (Salt Lake City), Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals (Denver), US Tax Court and The Supreme Court of the United States (Washington D.C.), and despite the facts and The Law and your kind prayers & signatures in our behalf, we have been denied justice in “Barbie & Ken vs Goliath IRS”.
Therefore, we have now taken our cause directly to President Donald J. Trump, –just in time for the 250th Anniversary Celebration of the Declaration of Independence. Please read the attached letter below received by Pres. Trump’s office this morning.

July 8, 2026 – 2:45 pm Update
Dear Patriot Friends & Family,
You may have heard about the massive wildfire that has burned over 90,000 acres, and has cause the evacuation of the city just south of our Florence (Colorado) Prison Camp, Medium, High and Super-Max Prisons. Within the last hour we could see that the flames have worked their way over the top of the mountains and are within view. We also learned earlier this morning that 300 homes and 4 business have burned down. We’re told that the prison does NOT intend to move us, but rather to shelter in place. This doesn’t sound ideal to me as the smoke is really bothering this old man’s asthmatic lungs, I’ve been struggling with coughing fits. Would you pray for the safety of the over 2,000 inmates at the four prisons?

The fires have also caused the warden to cancel all visits until further notice. Unfortunately, my sweet 90 year-old mother and my brother had planned for weeks, purchased tickets, and arranged for a car rental to visit this weekend, but of course, better safe than sorry. Hopefully, they’ll be able to come for a visit soon.
With regards to our humble Barbie & Ken vs Goliath IRS Petition for a Constitutionally authorized Presidential Pardon, sorry, no we’ve not heard back from the White House in any way.  Sure, we realize that our Petition has the chance of cherry popsicle in hell, but we continue to trust our future in His hands and to believe in His Miracles. We’re especially attentive as we work to resolve Barbara’s “situation” because of my official December 1st date now for half-way house for 3 months and 6 months of home confinement. We just want to be reunited as soon as possible

Watch out for: Anyone advertising they will reimburse you for the TRB Trump Products, or set you up on a Quantum Account asking for money to do it. (They use fake accounts and AI to make you think you are dealing with Trump, Tucker Carlson, etc.)

Also watch out for the HSBC Quantum Token/Bitcoin Scam, the TRB Trump Products Scam, the Dave XRPLion Impersonator Scam, the Ezra A. Cohen-Watnick Impersonator Fake QFS Accounts Scam and any other website that asks that you give them your personal identification to register for a QFS Account and/or receive a pay out on TRB products.

DO NOT exchange currency or Zim Bonds anywhere but at a licensed Redemption Center where you will get the highest rates possible.

The HSBC Quantum Scam: They claim they’ve successfully applied “quantum technology” to buy and sell tokenized physical gold. The trick is when you buy the tokens or Bitcoin they keep the gold and have complete control over your bank account.
