I would have made $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 more selling my two story in 05, readings say they stopped buyers, realtors, and offers by phone bugging. I listed it for about $779,000.00 or so the first week of March 2005 and kept reducing it to sell it and sold it for $750,000.00 with a $10,000.00 credit back. $740,000.00 really the day the power was off when phones could not be bugged seems to be the reason.
