Mother’s Who Filed For Divorce Who Have Custody Are Targeted And Set Up To Be Not Needed Child Protective Type Case Files. They’re Run Out Of House And Home By Gang Stalkers Who Lie About Them And The Familia Fair Housing Discrimination Law Is Violated Secretly.

The law says a parent with custody of their children cannot be discriminated against by their “ Familia” status under The Fair Housing Law.

After I filed for a divorce many years ago in 2004 gang stalking vandalism, theft, and slandering went on which seemed as hate crimes when I did nothing that anyone could have hated me for as an over nice Mom, over honest nice real estate lady and a long time sober spiritual 12 Step program person. When stalking went on I thought realtors might be after my business, a thousand dollars of clothes were stolen from my closet I bought after a diet and I was told some women did not like my clothes. Therefore, later I thought it might be jealous hate crimes that were done but my real estate listing portfolio was stolen by a car break in and on and on. Now looking back I remember some had strange reactions about my getting divorced and I feel Mother’s who File For Divorce are Targeted, as I have done a lot of work piecing things together for many years to get answers on why the seeming hate crimes of vandalism, thefts, and lying and framing was done to me an over nice Mom was. It seems they don’t like Mother’s who file for divorce then look good by a diet and new clothes, being a single acting person as I’ve noticed on Facebook posts many Mother’s are attractive and divorced who complain of not needed case files so this to me shows their Targeted. Therefore, today I googled to see what percentage of case files are done on Mother’s who filed for divorce. I believe a sneaky Unjust Violation Of Discrimination Laws is being done underhandedly with coerisn to frame attractive Mom’s who filed for divorce, who have custody who are run out of house and home by master manipulation by many conspiring against them. I hope this is proven by clear statistics, to see who’s property Title was changed after a divorce filed by the Mom, who moved from the family home address after filing, who’s Child Support stopped by a set up to a Child Protective Type agency ? as I believe the Justice system is abused by many using the system with ill purpose and an ulterior motive to cause things to happen by manipulating the system with hatred for attractive single Mothers who filed for a divorce.

My situation was different and it seems stalkers may have thought I just filed for divorce and sold the family home right after filing and lost weight and bought new clothes suddenly to be single by what was done. When I was legally separated just like a divorce 5 years before the final divorce filing in 2004. Community property, assets, and everything was split in January 2000. I had full physical custody and paid the mortgage and bills alone, I did not receive child support and waived alimony. Therefore, it was 5 years later when I did the final divorce filing by the legal separation papers filed in January 2000. I planned to move always due to the location of our house and so I could have a one story for my Mother to live with us. Therefore selling and buying was for good purpose and all good intentions to have the best life for my family as a good Mother and a good devoted daughter. I started a diet in 2004 and lost about 25 pounds in 6 months and bought all new stylish clothes, mid rise below the waist flared pants and jeans, and decided I wanted to look like my normal self at 45 years old and bought clothes to socialize in that I wore to AA weekend meetings and AA conventions and out with real estate customers. I stayed home with my kids for 14 years and never went out at night. In 2005 they were older 10 and 13 turning 14 and I thought I can go out at night in my new casual clothes and scheduled this by their Dads visitation schedule and got relatives and older teens to babysit a couple times. Then hate crimes began with vandalism, thefts, stalking, cats disappearing etc. then lying and I was framed to be a not needed case file in 09 by lies I did not see until Court that were all dismissed without prejudice in Court in 09. When I was lied about and set up even my child support arrears a small check stopped coming and I’ve written about this for many years to stop it from being done to Single Mom’s and their kids as the targeting is obvious and I had paid the bills and mortgage and for everything for my daughters for nine years alone with full physical custody and thought nothing could ever happen. How could it?

Out of every five custodial parents in the United States, about four were mothers, according to the US Census Bureau child custody statistics from 2018. It’s a slight decline compared to 2014, when 82.5% (five out of every six) of custodial parents were mothers.

Whether the father leaves or the mother leaves, more often than not the mother ends up with the children by a great margin.

DISCRIMINATION AGAINST FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

Unless a building or community qualifies as housing for older persons, it may not discriminate based on familial status. This means that no landlord, property manager, real estate agent or any other housing provider can deny housing to a family with children simply because of the presence of children. Familial status protects:

• Children under the age of 18 living in the household
• Pregnant women
• Any adult who is seeking legal custody of a child under 18

EXAMPLES OF POSSIBLE DISCRIMINATION AGAINST FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN INCLUDE:

• Denying housing to a family because they have children
• Segregating housing (having adult and family sections or buildings)
• Additional fees or charges for families with children
• Overly restrictive occupancy policies (e.g. a maximum of two people in a four bedroom home)
• Not allowing children to use the swimming pool or play outside
• Creating rules that do not allow parents and children, or male and female children, to share a bedroom
