Prophecy News - 'When you Die..', given or compiled by me, February 5th, 2024

This has been on my mind to give for the past several days.. links below. .. Since very many people are going to enter the death experience in the not too distant future, I thought I’d give the little that I know about it.. Not an NDE but an actual passing. Of course I haven’t passed away yet, so this is the glimpses that I’ve received from the passing of those closest to me: my father first; his mother and then my own mother.

Death is not what people imagine it to be. People do not pass into “eternal rest” as the Christian churches teach, but they are very much themselves and aware of their surroundings. They are basically the same as before death, except that their physical body is no long there. They are in an astral form (a body of illusion or illustration) that looks exactly like what they were before they died physically. They are conscious, they are themselves.

Upon death, what usually happens is that the etheric double – the body with the chakras of energy which formerly powered the physical form and gave it animation and the ability to think (responsive to the will of its owner) wraps itself around the astral form, itself not wanting to die.. Therefore, a person generally or often finds themselves in a fog when they die . A period of either unconsciousness or of not realizing that they have died ensues. Scenes may change, because it’s a mentally charged atmosphere not an objective physical atmosphere, and they may find themselves in a place other than where they were when they were last in a physical body on the physical plane of life. They wonder why?? It puzzles them. They can’t figure it out..

Spirit helpers- friends, relatives or guides, who have passed before, may try to get through to the individual (see Lord Dowding’s book), but it is not until the newly deceased exerts a will to divest himself or herself of this fog, that it eventually disappears, and they find themselves in an astral form, very much more alive – sensitive to thought and feeling – than before they died. From this new state, they are directed to a room where they have their life-review. Every memory, every single little thing they have done or thought during their lifetime is presented to them as on a screen.., with the emotion, too, of those who have been affected by their actions.. All that, is known.

From this life-review is determined where they will go on the Astral Plane. To one of seven sub-planes graded by frequency and altruism. From the least altruistic to the most altruistic..(‘From the Turret’ by Peter Richelieu) At the higher levels they spend time by themselves – with themselves – before ascending.. shedding their astral form to enter the mental plane. It is not until all of the lessons of the past life have been digested that the astral and mental forms are discarded and they stand in the Soul..

The soul exists – will, love-wisdom and intelligent activity – on the abstract levels of the Mental Plane. It garners the successfully completed lessons of the past life to itself, and is said to be “the memory of Spirit” (the unity of life in all its varied forms), the memory of the Creation in other words. The mental body (different from the soul) harbours the individual’s thoughts and ideas and conceptions or thought-forms (themselves living entities) until they are eventually dissolved back into the thought atmosphere of the planet… These thought-forms while still in form can be picked up by others, living or non-living, and either given renewed life if attention is paid to them, or allowed to disintegrate if no attention. These half formed and decaying thought-forms are what cause many of the untoward events here on the earth: natural disasters, diseases and even violent behaviour of animals and plants (‘A Treatise on Cosmic Fire’, pg 889)

Now for the personal experiences.

My father passed away in the morning of August 10th, quite a number of years ago. At the time I was with my children at an international airport waiting to take a plane to visit my brother in Germany.. I received the phone call from a neighbour of my mother, after which my mother came on the line and we decided together that I should make the trip to visit my brother. I was taken to the pilot’s room at the airport, which was vacant, and me and the children had a bit of quiet time together before we were called to board the airplane.

In Germany, my brother asked, “How is dad?”. and I told him.. We had our two weeks together, taking walks through the woods and sightseeing around Germany. Then a short trip to England where we visited another relative, before me and the children traveled alone down to London where I revisited a medium known to me. She met me on the street and took me to her small apartment where we sat. She started speaking… but I could feel my father’s presence, and asked her… “Were you up all night?” She said, “Yes” … A bit further on I could feel dad crying, and I said, ”He’s crying”… She looked at me as if in assent.

To my knowledge my father has never cried in all of his life.. He had a good life at work, with some interpersonal criticism coming from home, but he handled it without backbite. Yet, in this psychic space, he cried! Either it was the passing a shock to his system, or much more likely he was very upset at leaving my mother and how she was grieved without him.. My mother busied herself with the game of bowls; one time she got quite sick from eating bought mushrooms, and she bought a little dog for companionship, all before the children and I returned home..

Some months before his passing, I had a vision of the first house we lived in when my brother and I were very young. In the back garden was a grassy enclosed dog yard and around it grew camelias. The camelias in the vision were past their prime and there were bugs on them. Then my vision switched, and I could feel a presence at my side while seeing from the side some stairs or an escalator. My grandmother didn’t want to go up and I could feel her strength to pull me away, but I held my ground. Then a man dressed in a full length gown, like a religious cassock, took my grandmother’s hand and led her firmly up the stars; he didn’t let her go.. Why? They in the Spirit World did not want her latching onto my father when he was soon to die and keep him earthbound like she had been. Figuring it out, she would have been earthbound from before I was born until I was in my early thirties, so perhaps close to 40 years..

These things can happen. Three months after my father’s passing, I had a dream of him. I was in a room with a big roaring fire in the fireplace. He came in behind me, dressed in a woollen dressing gown. When I saw him, I cried and that woke me up from the dream. I told my mother at the time, “He’s not dead; he’s alive.. he’s still living!” When my mother died, exactly twelve years to the day, August 10th, after my father died, I had dreams of her night after night, as if we were still living our life together.. it was as if we hadn’t quite finished it.. After a couple of weeks, these dreams stopped.

My father, so I gather, went on to take training in the Spirit world, on how to concentrate his energy – the energy from the inexhaustible source of energy – to be able to direct his thought clearly on to another.. like in telepathy. He is now, so I am told, a guide to my son, with whom, like with my mother, I  now live. Some years later around 1990, not long before my mother died, I visited, a lady who I had nursed in a nursing home in the city where we used to live; she had suffered a second stroke during the year we had been away and was then almost completely paralyzed, in bed. She cried when I was with her. Sometime later she would have died, but last year (years later) I could feel her presence again, and again, and again. This worried me because I didn’t want anyone latching on to me, but now for several weeks I cannot feel her. She too, like my father, may have gone on in the spirit world to train to direct energy, to be a helper or guide for someone who still is living in a body on this Earth, in this Time of the End, which we now are living…

Everyone upon death experiences the life-review. It is like a download from the body just past, for the cells themselves – whole units of the whole body hold memory. They are intelligent and living, just like we are intelligent and living and form part of the Whole of which we too are a part. Everyone in their life review has hidden within themselves actions and thoughts which they have done, said or thought. that they would prefer other people not to know. But the lesson is to recognize that fact, and do something about it.

Myself, for instance, I might feel an impulse – criticism or judgment – towards someone most dear to me, particularly when I am too tired and feel it is all too much. Then the bad thought comes. The trick is to recognize the thought as you think it – for it does come to you. And if you really don’t want to think it, then say to yourself, “I don’t want to think that thought,” and set your energy to oppose that thought. The energy of the thought might persist for a certain time, but after awhile it will leave you, and you will feel once again the peace or ease come around. You will regain your “forward momentum” (see Penny Wittbrodt’s story) and your positive attitude to life…

Yet to give your ‘Yes‘ to a thought, that you shouldn’t be thinking, only gives it power to manifest itself. And it is these thoughts, acted upon or spoken, too hastily, which are the source of embarrassment to us in our ‘life review’.. This is what we have to master while we are still alive, if we can, or at least pay some attention to it. I know for a fact that I will be embarrassed in my ‘life review’, because of some of the things that I have said or done in the heat of the moment to those closest to me, but it is something that I will just have to accept.

Anyhow, a passing is not necessarily straight to Heaven. There are some difficulties along the way: the fog; the life review and to where we go after the life review. Not all sub-planes of the Astral Plane – plane of the emotions – are the same. Both Heaven (the illusion or illustration of the perfect life called Devachan) and Hell are in the astral plane. The real Heaven (that feeling of peace) can come about right here upon the Earth, when one accepts and then follows the flow of life (“the life force or Holy Spirit”, says Jesus) from the Source. It doesn’t need images nor words, but it has direction and movement and power. Did you know that the real sacrifice is of God – also called Perusha, to give us life and our chance at consciousness? We gain knowledge of that life by experiencing it in form. We are God incarnate, and our sacred duty is to learn it.
