Jacques Vallee and the “thing” playing games with us (humans)

Monsieur Vallee is circling around the concept of God with his suggestions that something is controlling reality.
 
Those obtuse Ancient Astronaut theorists and their followers, like Vallee, can’t accept the idea that God may be responsible for actions that are unimaginable as humanly possible.
 
Both views are steeped in a suppressed atheism.
 
This also is the root of the Matrix idea of reality control, and that ETs also are visiting us (and have been for a very long time).
 
But when one looks at the prima facie evidence for a stimulator or instigating enterprise for unusual advances within human history and all the quirks (paranormal) activity that permeates existence, one has to consider that something does, indeed, seem to have been and be interacting with humankind.
 
And that something could be God (whatever that word brings to mind).
 
But is there a possibility that there are is, on Earth, a race of advanced entities that have intervened within human activity and have come to be called God – as a circumscribed totality composed of the whole group of those exalted entities.
 
Icelandic belief in the “hidden folk” [huldufólk] and álfar [elves] as an invisible parallel race living amongst us goes to example the idea that there are beings spiritual and material who have long been part of Earth’s reality.
 
We needn’t assume that if there is an infinite, ineffable “thing” (we can call God), who created our Universe and what we think is the perceptible reality around us, that may be calling the shots – determining what has gone on and is going on with humankind (and doing a bad job).
 
But we might allow for the idea that there is an almost hidden race of entities that have evolved alongside homo sapiens and often inserts themselves by actions that appear from out of nowhere, as we perceive it.
 
How that “race” of beings has remained hidden in many ways is hard to wrap one’s head around, but that primitive species known as Big Foot or Sasquatch and those little people known as elves and dwarfs (among other names) have stayed sub rosa for a long time, so the idea of a concomitant species living alongside us is not intellectually anathema.
 
Therefore, the phenomenon that stokes this blog may be explained by the hidden “peoples” and God need not be rebuked by those inclined to be atheists, confusing the matter by their circumlocution of logic and reason.
