It all began after World War II when the CIA was believed created not to protect American citizens, but to further the Cabal’s New World Agenda through a Mind Control program funded through US Taxpayer dollars run through the CIA. The center of CIA activities was a Child Sex Trafficking Ring used to blackmail Congress to do their bidding by funding their covert programs including Mind Control Programming.

Today it was believed this mind control was set to be manifested across the Globe to control Peoples of the World through the newly created AI Data Centers being built across the country and World.

The CIA Mind Control program brought out of Nazi Germany after World War II eventually became known as MKULTRA. It consisted of 149 sub-projects, plus another 33 closely related programs. There were 80 participating US and Canadian institutions including 44 colleges and universities. All were, and it is suspected, still were presently, being funded by US taxpayers through a CIA Black Budget.

The purpose of the CIA Mind-control Programming was to secure life-long power over an individual in order to create Super Spies, Terrorists, Assassins and/or have life-long control over a victim. This all fit precisely into the New World Order’s plan to rule the World.

Their preferred victim was a young child because Multiple Personalities can only occur in the developing brain of a child subjected to prolonged trauma. The torture to separate brain patterns begins at a very early age – sometimes even in the womb through electroshock treatments on the mother.

“Each alter or personality was created to respond to a post-hypnotic trigger, then perform an act and not remember it later. This “Manchurian Candidate” program was just one of the operational uses of the Mind Control scenario by the CIA. Your hard earned tax dollars supported this” said a therapist testifying in a Congressional Hearing back in the early 1960s.

In 1950 CIA Mind Control experiments were said to have begun on humans, many of whom were innocent children. Although, since the techniques came out of World War II Nazi Germany Concentration camps, the torture based experiments on children were believed to have started much earlier. Survivors of the program say it involved international child kidnapping, sex abuse and exploitation networks – that were run out of the Vatican.

“The CIA conducted Mind Control Experiments on children using electroshock, drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation and other types of trauma. Thousands of innocent children who have now grown into adults are silently suffering from the effects of these experiments,” said a CIA Mind Control Survivor Carolyn Rutz in a Congressional Hearing. “Like me, most of the children used in these experiments were sold by a caretaker in the name of “National Security” and subjected to untold horrors at the hands of the US government.”

In 1964 after a successful lawsuit by mind-control survivor Linda MacDonald (of the McDonald Franchises), Congressional inquiries supposedly ended MKULTRA – not true. By Congressional mandate the CIA supposedly shut down their Mind Control Program in 1964, the year Rutz’s abuse ended. Though, many other survivors of the torture program claimed CIA mind-control abuses AFTER the program supposedly ended.

One of those CIA Mind Control victims was Jenny Hill. In 1965, a year after the CIA program was thought to be shut down, six year-old Hill was subjected to this tortuous brainwashing by a man identified as Dr. Green – head of the CIA Mind Control Program as per testimonies of CIA Mind Control Survivors in Congressional Hearings.

Hill’s biography detailed Green’s use of Satanic Covens and Satanic Ritual Abuse including torture, rape and killing of child victims, as the basis for his CIA Mind Control. The dramatic abuse splits the young developing mind into multiple personalities in order for the brain to deal with the abuse – alters that can later be accessed by perpetrators to do their bidding.

MKULTRA Research continued but was curtailed in 1967 and thought extinct by 1973 after MKULTRA documents were destroyed by CIA Director Richard Helms prior to his resignation and another Congressional inquiry. Yet, the 1977 Freedom of Information Act was able to uncover 20,000 MKULTRA financial documents on the program that were not destroyed and proved that the program was ongoing.

In 1976 when George HW Bush became CIA Director he used the agency’s Mind Control programs to build a shadow government that would run parallel operations to every sitting president since: drug, weapons and Child Sex Trafficking, plus money laundering through offshore banking systems directly connected to the Cabal’s Bank of International Settlements World Financial operations.

The CIA took it’s agenda from the Satan Worshipping Illuminati goals. There was a picture on the Internet of George HW Bush in Dallas Texas watching the assassination happen.

1985-1987 The Iran Contra Scandal and Drug Trafficking was a demonstration of power that the CIA operated above the law, courts and US presidency. The Iran–Contra affair was a major U.S. political scandal in which senior Reagan administration officials through the CIA, secretly sold arms to Iran and diverted the proceeds to fund the Nicaraguan Contras, a U.S.-backed rebel group fighting the Sandinistas Wikipedia+1.

While the official case centered on arms trafficking and the Boland Amendments’ ban on direct Contra funding, the scandal also became entangled with allegations of drug trafficking. By 1986, as Congress considered resuming Contra funding, journalists Tony Avrigan and Martha Honey filed a lawsuit alleging that John Hull, a U.S. citizen, had used a Costa Rican ranch to smuggle both weapons for the Contras and drugs back into the U.S., with profits from the drugs allegedly used to buy more weapons U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General

11 Sept. 2001: The Bush Dynasty continued with George W Bush and Sept. 11 2001, which was a massive Deep State cover operation to destroy evidence of Pentagon Financial Fraud. The day before 9/11 Rumsfeld announced that $2.3 trillion dollars was missing from the Pentagon. The exact offices destroyed in the Pentagon attack were the offices investigating the missing money.

On Sun. 24 March 2024 CNN Obama and Clinton’s corrupt system working in connection with the CIA was revealed when Trump said to the crowd, “ISIS is honoring President Obama. Obama is the founder of ISIS.”

It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. The 45-minute sermon on the subject of “The Miracle of Christ’s TOTAL FORGIVENESS” felt so inspired. Personally, I was blessed and learned so much! As you might imagine, the subject of forgiveness — both receiving & giving — is a very important, personal subject to men who are locked up in prison, most for a number of years.

We were blessed to have the Spirit there. It appeared that all the inmates were extremely attentive, their hearts touched and deep personal reflection was inspired. 19. This sermon has blessed me, as I’m learning to be more forgiving of the Supreme Court who Denied hearing my case. We know we’re right, and believe our cause of exposing the IRS will ultimately prevail, but I’ve come to recognize that — as Justice Gorsuch has reportedly said — that “we cannot hear every case that has merit” — that it is just impossible to hear every worthy case. That’s hard to accept, but easier having been inspired while writing “Total Forgiveness”. Having said all that, we have made one last ditch effort and filed a “Rule 44″ appeal to SCOTUS for a re-hearing of our case with some additional new information provided to them. That appeal is scheduled for their private closed-door Conference on May 28th this coming week. All your prayers to date have been welcome and appreciated.
