Dream make major Angel Reese announcement in win vs. Caitlin Clark, Fever
Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream made it back-to-back wins over the Indiana Fever on Saturday. This is after the Dream secured a convincing 113-96 home victory over Caitlin Clark and Co. at State Farm Arena.
On Thursday, Atlanta beat Indiana at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, 108-101. The Dream turned in another strong performance on Saturday to flex their dominance over the Fever. Atlanta now holds the advantage in their season series, 2-1.
Reese played a pivotal part in the win. The two-time WNBA All-Star registered 18 points on 7-of-14 shooting, eight rebounds, an assist, two steals and one block in 31 minutes of action.
Atlanta improved to 11-4 on the season after marking its third consecutive victory.
Angel Reese makes history again in win vs. Fever
Reese is in the midst of arguably her best season as a pro now that she’s with the Dream. The former LSU Tigers star led the WNBA in rebounds during her first two seasons with the Chicago Sky, and she has not let up following her offseason trade to Atlanta.
Reese made history again on Saturday. The Dream took to social media to announce another major career milestone for the 24-year-old.

The accolades just keep on coming for Reese. At this point, there’s no denying that the 6-foot-4 forward has firmly established herself as one of the top frontcourt players in the WNBA today — perhaps even in the history of the game.
Reese has played all 15 games for Atlanta so far this season. She is currently averaging a career-best 15.3 points on 43.5% shooting, 11.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.3 steals in 30.5 minutes per contest.
More importantly, she’s helped lead the Dream to the second-best record in the WNBA. Atlanta is currently tied with the defending champions, the Las Vegas Aces, for No. 2 in the league. They are both 1.5 games behind the league-leading Minnesota Lynx, who are 13-3.
