On March 12, 2022 Ammon Bundy and Diego Rodriguez held a press conference at St. Luke’s Hospital in Boise, Idaho where they attempted to set the record straight in regard to what happened to Baby Cyrus and even the American Frontline Doctors exposed the incompetence, wickedness, corruption, and illegal nature of the Baby Cyrus’ story in a succinct article—which was actually a series of 20 questions sent to Dave Jeppesen (the director of Idaho Health and Welfare) that they demanded answers to.

Thus began the long and laborious legal battle for Ammon Bundy and Diego Rodriguez against the corrupt St. Luke’s Medical Center, Child Protective Services, Ada County Sheriff’s Department and the Ada County Courts. This nightmare has been a continuous violation of rights for the Defendants, resulting with Judge Norton’s Declaration of War when she issued a warrant for Ammon Bundy’s arrest.

Judge Norton then filed a default judgement against Ammon Bundy for $52 Million and $700,000 in legal fees right before she recused herself from the case (curiously right after I filed a criminal referral against her on June 30, 2023). In response to this egregious behavior, I filed another Criminal Referral to the Judge Advocate General (JAG) against Merrick Garland as US Attorney General, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and Judge Norton’s replacement Judge Nancy Baskin. - Where there is smoke, there is fire!

In the noise of the public controversy surrounding Tim Ballard, M. Russell Ballard, and the LDS Church; media of all kinds are rushing to make their claims of support for their favored figure and narrative.

Many have taken the opportunity to hide themselves in the shadows of the narrative, deliberately distorting reality and their actual participation in the evil. Monsters have become heroes and the heroes have been made out to be the liars.

Now that the anti-trafficking organization Operation Underground Railroad and its founder and former CEO Tim Ballard are under investigation for misleading donors about OUR’s purported “rescue” missions, an investigative reporter for Investigations into Ritual Abuse (IRA) has provided “inconvenient facts” and connections in the “kneecapping and disembowelment of Tim Ballard” that are worth consideration because Not Everything Is As It Appears! 

However, the opponents of “Sound of Freedom” [whose special message showed videoclips from one of Kali’s missions] have never really had to say anything against the movie, instead they attacked the messenger. In the uproar that has followed, the real message, “God’s Children Are Not For Sale Or Abuse” has been dimmed, diminished, and almost forgotten. The throngs, “who paid it forward with movie tickets and tee shirts”, have valiantly turned on the messenger heralding his failings, and alleged vile acts of deception and the violation of the public’s trust, while former collaborators and profiteers have rapidly distanced themselves to avoid being tainted by their own similar acts.

Sadly, the real victims in this opportunistic fray remain those who have been traumatized and abused in the evil that the movie was supposed to reveal [Human, Child Sex Trafficking, and Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and Crimes Against Humanity].

My own research along with recent revelations, through alternative media sources, have confirmed the “hidden things of darkness” that have been allowed to grow and be fostered within our communities. Everywhere evil is being called good and good is being shunned as evil.  All of the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah haunt our society and it is evident that we have truly never seen more clearly the lecherous face of evil, which is all around us and being “shouted from the rooftops.”

There is no legitimate excuse for anyone to be involved in Pedophilia, Human & Child Sex Trafficking, Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) and Crimes Against Humanity. Those who participate in this evil follow Satan’s left-hand path and are an enemy to God! While under military protection, I have been actively confirming intel and verifying intelligence reports, which are added to the Criminal referrals that have already been sent to “the General’s” teams and JAG. - Where there is smoke, there is fire!

Kali went to my ecclesiastical leader’s office with a witness. After showing his credentials, Kali confirmed with my leader that I was currently under military protection. My leader asked Kali to tell him where I was. Kali told him that he did not know my exact location but that the reason I was in military protection was “if Tom was available in Cache Valley, his opposition would surely kill him!”

Kali also told him that he personally knew my alleged victim and that she had told him personally that I did not defraud her out of $500,000 and that he had seen the affidavit she made declaring the same. Kali told him, “I also have a compromising and immoral video of his accuser, “Miss Trial,” in bed with her own son, do you want to see it?” “No, I don’t want to see that,” he replied.

My leader then argued that Church protocol was requiring me to be subject to a disciplinary council suggesting that my membership in the church holds greater importance than my life and safety. With Kali’s message delivered, they left knowing they had just spoken with a man who did not want to be bothered with the facts, because his mind was already made up. It is a sad realization that pressure is being put upon my presiding religious leader in an attempt to force me to remove myself from the protection of the military and submit myself to the unlawful jurisdiction of the church and the DOJ, where the likelihood of my demise is most certainly assured. One can only wonder why the church would put themselves in this kind of position in an unresolved civil/criminal matter? - Where there is smoke, there is fire!

I have received numerous messages and emails of encouragement, since I have been in military protection. One in particular was from a woman, who said she had been following my adventures through Judy Byington and she just wanted me to know that she was standing with me. I thanked her for her message and in her reply, she stated that she had some understanding of the things I was uncovering. She told me that she had previously worked with the John Huber investigations and had personal knowledge of a nurse who had information on, and knowledge of, Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) in Provo, Utah. Stunned that I might actually have contact with someone who had information about “Tom’s” wife, Rachael, I arranged to meet with her privately.

She explained to me that she was allowed intel on the John Huber investigations into Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation before John Durham had taken the investigations over and moved the investigation team to another state. She confirmed many of the things I had already discovered about John Huber and his bogus claim that “there was nothing to see,” and she provided much more of the details that may have led to the death of nurse Rachael.

Even more surprising was her personal knowledge surrounding Tim Ballard, Sean Reyes, Paul Hutchinson, OUR, and Ballard, Reyes, and Hutchinson’s roles in the Knights Templar and the Knights of Malta. Clearly, not everything is as it appears. - Where there is smoke, there is fire!     

I finally had to put everyone on notice in a letter that was sent to my Religious Leader, his Superiors and the Leadership of the Church along with my Public Defenders, the Prosecutors, and the Judge saying: “The Lord has declared that law of the land which is constitutional, supporting that principle of freedom in maintaining rights and privileges, belongs to all mankind, and is justifiable before God. The Lord will justify us when we befriend that law which is the constitutional law of the land; but as pertaining to the law of man, whatsoever is more or less than this, cometh of evil. The “constitutional” law makes us free, but when the wicked rule the people mourn.

“As a nation, and as a people, we have learned from sad experience that it is the nature and disposition of almost all men, as soon as they get a little authority, they will immediately begin to exercise unrighteous dominion. Because their hearts are set so much upon the things of this world, and aspire to the honors of men, they do not learn this one lesson – That the rights to authority are inseparably connected with the powers of heaven, and that these powers of heaven cannot be controlled except by principles of righteousness.

“Power and authority may be conferred upon us, it is true; but when we undertake to cover our sins, or to gratify our pride, our vain ambition, or to exercise control or dominion or compulsion over the souls of men, in any degree of unrighteousness, the Spirit of the Lord is grieved and their power and authority is withdrawn from them; and they are left to kick against the pricks, to persecute the people, and to fight against God.
