Cache Collision Part 14: An Assassination & Kali’s Admission

Kali’s recovery from shoulder surgery was a slow and painful process. Frustrated at the lack of progress, Kali made arrangements for a follow up visit with an orthopedic surgeon not associated with the VA, who revealed that the original surgery appeared to have been botched deliberately by the VA surgeon. A steel plate had been crudely installed with screws and one particular screw was not even anchored to anything. The orthopedic surgeon made the arrangements to remove the failed hardware and completely redo the shoulder surgery at the expense of the VA. Shortly after Kali’s surgery, in a follow up visit, it was discovered that Kali somehow had Anthrax in his blood stream. A pick line was placed in Kali’s arm and arrangements for a home health nurse were made to administer the in-home antibiotic treatments over the next three weeks. After the finalization of the treatments, the pick line was removed and Kali slowly began the recovery process. Here again, this situation shows “they” know who Kali is and will do anything to eliminate him. - Where there is smoke, there is fire!

While Kali was still recovering, he received some extremely sorrowful and distressful news, “the General” is DEAD! Kali was told that “the General” was working with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, US Attorney General Merrick Garland, and had gone to the DOJ in Washington DC to clear my name. As he was leaving the building, “the General” was assassinated by two bullets to the back of the head. We were not given much more information but we were reassured that those in authority know who was responsible for “the General’s” death and “they” will be taken care of. - Where there is smoke, there is fire!

Kali slipped into a deep depression, which revealed just how close Kali and “the General” actually were. As Kali’s physical health returned so did his emotions. Kali called me and we discussed our association, the reason that he came to Logan, and the depths of my involvement with Kali, “the General,” and the Intelligence Support Activity (ISA). Much to my surprise, Kali informed me that his story about coming to Logan to take care of Michael was not exactly the whole story. In fact, Kali admitted it was actually a ruse and even Michael doesn’t know that the story is a ruse. Kali explained that “they” have known about me for a long, long time and Kali was given the assignment to come out to Utah and to “get close” to me.

Kali was able to make connection with Michael through an online Military social media application and through that Kali had met Michael’s grandkids. Music was their common connection and as their relationship developed, Kali proposed a plan in which Kali could come out to Utah and tutor Michael’s Grandchildren in music. Before those arrangements could be solidified, however, Michael’s health rapidly deteriorated, which now gave Kali the necessary cover story to come to Logan, Utah without suspicion.

The President’s Army

As President Donald J. Trump began his inaugural address on January 20, 2017, the two Servicemen behind him guarding the entryway, shifted their positions. And as Trump continued with his speech, more Servicemen approached the stage, and gathered behind President Trump.

This moment was unprecedented. Never before during an inaugural speech had Americans seen such an overt show of force quite like this. For a brief moment our new President was surrounded by Servicemen as he gave his Inaugural Address. Then they were gone as quickly as they came, like ghosts. If you blinked… or if the camera cut to a different angle… you would have missed them. Then President Trump said his next lines…

“Today’s ceremony, however, has very special meaning. Because today we are not merely transferring power from one Administration to another, or from one party to another – but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the American People.”

He was surrounded by members of our great Armed Forces. Men from the Army, Navy, Coast Guard and Marines were all visible. But what really stood out is the Military Intelligence Serviceman to the left, and a Judge Advocate General to the right. Almost as if it wasn’t just our new 45th President that had just declared a transfer of power from DC to the American People, at that moment he was the voice of our Armed Forces as well.

The Military

How many times have you heard the phrase “the military is the only way?” How many times have you uttered those words yourself? And while you might believe you know exactly what that phrase means and represents, there is a section of our military that little is known about, but is so unbelievably crucial to that phrase’s mere existence. Operators that hide in the shadows, at the tip of the spear, they are everywhere and they are nowhere all at once. Some might even say they don’t exist. But they are very real, and if you have stayed with me, with us, on this Reconstitution journey thus far, you might be feeling betrayed. Hurt. Angry that you have been living in merely an illusion of a free country. A simulation of the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave. We know this because we feel that way too. But we can assure you that the brave men and women you will read about next, feel 17 times more betrayed, more hurt, and more angry.

The President of the United States has his own personal army of secret loyal soldiers, ghosts that operate beyond the scope of every other conventional and unconventional force alike. And the full reign of the President-King has shown to abuse these soldiers’ loyalty time and time again. For a brief moment in time, on January 20th 2017, Donald Trump gave these ghosts a voice.

You know of their victories, because they’ve had countless wins. They’ve Captured or Killed America’s enemies over the last 20 years. Pablo Escobar, Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden. But the praise can never be awarded to them. You will never see these silent operators receive televised funerals or celebrations; you will never see them at all. They don’t exist. Their selfless service, their sacrifice, their wins and their losses, all go unnoticed, unappreciated and unrecognized by most everyone. Out of necessity, and by design.

They are the President’s Army.

SEND ME

A pretty biblical motto for any group to attach to themselves, let alone a top-secret army that exists within the shadows of US Special Operations Command, SOCOM, for short. But that is the exact motto of what will be referred to as “The Activity”.

They’ve gone by many names, always changing to protect their intense secrecy. Task Force Orange, The Intelligence Support Activity, The Army of Northern Virginia, Field Operation Group, Mission Support Activity, Tactical Concept Activity, and have operated under various code names: Grey Fox, Optimize Talent, Grantor Shadow, Quiet Enable… the list goes on and on. Whatever you call them, or don’t call them, they are among America’s most elite, most secret, most skilled and most incredible…. If not THE most… intelligence unit to ever exist, or not exist.

Their other motto: Veritas Omnia Vincula Vincent – Truth Conquers All Bonds, is a telling representation of who they are and what they stand for. You know their work, even if you don’t know them. They’ve been the men and women behind every major counterterrorism mission the US has conducted over the last 20 years. In short: They kill bad guys, including Osama Bin Laden. Well, maybe not exactly… they Find and Fix their target and set up the environment that allows the two most elite operating units to ever exist… Delta and SEAL Team 6… to Finish the job and kill bad guys. Together, Delta, Seal Team 6, and The Activity, make up the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) – The President’s Army.

Secret military units and operations are nothing new, and ever since the founding of our country, presidents have always had access to their very own secret armies and spies. In fact, we can date this all the way back to 1776 with Thomas Knowlton, a soldier whose valiant efforts while fighting during The Battle of Bunker Hill was recognized by his superiors and Congress promptly promoted him to Lieutenant Colonel. Shortly after, President George Washington asked Knowlton to form a special Army Detachment that would carry out reconnaissance missions during the Battle of Harlem Heights. The unit, known as Knowlton’s Rangers, is considered to be the predecessor of the Special Missions Units (SMUs) of today, the first secret spy unit, and the first intelligence organization in the United States.

When I was eighteen years old, I had to register for the draft. At the time, we as a country were actively involved in “the police action” known as the Vietnam War. The concerns of being drafted weighed heavily on our minds and my two older brothers had already signed up and served in the military, and both of them came back with injuries that affected them the rest of their lives.

My high school friends challenged me to join the National Guard with them to prepare for, and take the opportunity to advance our military careers, rather than taking our chances of being drafted. I had no trust in our commander-in-chief and could not stomach the thought of a 6 to 8-year commitment to the military. My best friend signed up and I took my chances on the draft lottery. Fortunately for me, my number was 360, but my best friend’s number was 361 and he was left with his military commitment to fulfill. Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think that I would be serving my country in a military capacity. Now here I am being told by Kali that I had been selected long ago and without my knowledge.

I had come into my military service through the back door, effectively as a confidential informant never realizing there was a lot more to this than I could possibly imagine. Kali had tried to tell me different things about my involvement and sort of how they connected, but now Kali was telling me that there is a whole lot more. “This,” Kali said, “is what I have been trying to tell you. You are one of us, and We Are the Activity!”

As my head was spinning, Kali dropped another mind-bending load of information. Kali told me that his father was formerly with the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and that his mother had worked with the Special Activities Division, but she would never admit to anything. Kali said that as a young boy of eight, his father trained him in military tactics. However, when Kali reached the age of twelve, Kali was put into the MKUltra Super Soldier Program. “The General” became Kali’s handler. Their close association and Kali’s young age effectively made “the General” Kali’s surrogate father, which helps to explain their close relationship evidenced by their matching gecko tattoos.

Kali related to me that many of his memories are returning to him. For example, at the age of twelve, Kali could be found holding on to the ropes hanging out of the helicopters, at the same time his Delta counterparts were doing the same military exercises. Kali was trained effectively to do everything his country required as a spy, counter intelligence, and neutralizer. Kali is certainly one of the best and his skills and knowledge are extensive.

I told Kali that I was aware of the Super Soldier Program by way of other whistleblowers and we have continued on our path of discovery for Kali’s past. However, Kali’s latest revelation to me has explained so much of why “they” have spent so much effort to do brain surgery on him to remove a non-existent parasite, attempted to charge him with a phony felony DUI, poison him multiple times, send para-military teams to eliminate him, interfere with his retirement/disability income, botch his shoulder surgery, send assassins to blow up his cars, lace the door handles with a toxic poison, and even send one to blow up his house. Yes, it is becoming very clear to me, Kali’s memories are becoming a real threat and one of these days “they” just might finally realize, Kali really is a Super Soldier. – The Best is Yet to Come!
