Technical Analyst Stewart Thomson reviews the charts for Eminent Gold Corporation (EMNT:TSXV; EMGDF:OTCQB; 7AB:FSE) as it is aggressively advancing its flagship Hot Springs Range project in Nevada.

Eminent Gold Corporation (EMNT:TSXV; EMGDF:OTCQB; 7AB:FSE) is a Canadian exploration company applying modern geological thinking and tactics to advance multiple gold projects in Nevada. The Fraser Institute ranks this state as the world’s premier jurisdiction for mining.

With gold prices near record highs and central-bank demand solid, Eminent’s management team is aggressively advancing its flagship Hot Springs Range project.

In March of this year, the company announced that senior producer Kinross Gold Corp. (K:TSX; KGC:NSYE) was exercising warrants to increase its Eminent holdings to 13.8%. This event gave Eminent enough capital to expand its exploration program, and in June 2026, Eminent announced mobilization for drilling.

In July 2026, drilling commenced with a 10,000-meter reverse-circulation (RC) drill program. Eminent is advancing what appears to be a standalone oxide Carlin-type discovery that the company’s CEO describes as the first of its kind in roughly 20 years, and bullish charts suggest that upside revaluation of the company is warranted.

Why Gold?

Gold needs little introduction. It’s the world’s ultimate money, coveted by central banks and private investors alike. Unlike fiat, gold is not a debtor’s obligation. Enormous quantities are currently required to meet 22-24-carat jewelry demand in heavily populated Asia, and Western government debt is creating investor demand that can reach a fever pitch.

The mantra “There’s no fever like gold fever” is probably just as valid today as it was thousands of years ago.

• A possible bear flag is forming now, which should usher in the next fiat money collapse and send gold to much higher prices.

• The bull flag formation suggests gold could soon begin a major surge towards the US$9,000 area.
• Gold miners will benefit from the higher price they receive for their gold.

Fundamental Share Price Catalysts

Active drilling at Hot Springs Range: 14 RC holes at the Otis target, plus up to five at the new 3-km Eden target, are the first systematic test of multiple fault zones along a 10-km Carlin-style corridor.

Rare discovery: Initial diamond-core drilling returned gold mineralization in all four completed holes, highlighted by 9.2 m at 3.2 g/t Au.

Strategic backing: Kinross Gold has raised its stake to 13.8% (17.6% partially diluted) via a CA$2.65M warrant exercise, with the right to increase to 19.9%, a strong technical and financial validation of the company’s execution to date.

Debt-free, tightly held capital structure: There are only about 83.5M shares outstanding, supporting flexibility without heavy dilution.

Portfolio optionality: Gilbert South and Celts projects add potential near-term drilling upside reward for stakeholders.

Eminent Versus Competitors

Discovery Class: Most recent Nevada discoveries have been deeper and more complex sulfide systems. Eminent is targeting a standalone oxide Carlin-type gold system — a class not discovered in roughly 20 years. Oxide gold mineralization can offer processing advantages and may be amenable to heap leaching, depending on its metallurgical characteristics.

USGS-Ranked As High Potential Zone: The Hot Springs Range sits in a zone the USGS (Mihalasky) rates as having the highest mineral-potential favorability for Carlin-type gold; it’s an intersection of major mineralized belts with permissive Paleozoic host rocks that had never been systematically explored before Eminent’s program.

Multi-Target Corridor: Eminent is testing a 10 km Carlin-style corridor with multiple untested fault intersections (Otis, Eden, Gilbert South, Celts), whereas most peer juniors appear to be focused on a single target or a narrower structural window.

18.35% of Eminent Gold is held by management and insiders. Among them, Justin Milliard, VP of Exploration, holds the largest position at 9.59%, and Michael Kosowan holds 6.5%.

• An immense inverse H&S pattern is in play.
• If the index rises to the 2000 zone, individual miners could see significant revaluation to the upside.

• A flag-like drift is in play. A breakout could be imminent.
• MFI (a money flow indicator) and RSI show a bullish divergence with the price.
• MACD (a momentum indicator) is on the verge of a crossover buy signal at the zero line; this is also bullish.
• A spike in volume should be the breakout signal and catalyst for the next upside leg of significance.

Funding risk: Continued operations depend entirely on capital markets or strategic investment. Failure to raise funding could halt exploration and erode asset value.
