Reese and Atlanta will face the Golden State Valkyries in the finals with homecourt disadvantage. The No. 2-seeded team is coming off a sweep over the defending champions, the Las Vegas Aces. Gabby Williams, Cecilia Zandalasini and Janelle Salaun will lead the team in its quest for a title.
Game 1 will be played on Saturday at Chase Center. Reese will play a key role for the Dream as she will face the Valkyries’ frontcourt and will look to make her presence felt quickly. The team will rely heavily on her rebounding and scoring inside the paint to steal homecourt advantage.
