Caitlin Clark discusses aftermath of unfortunate Fever development
Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever’s season ended earlier than they wanted it to. They lost Game 3 of their first round series against the Las Vegas Aces last Thursday. The superstar guard discussed the aftermath of the unfortunate development and shared how busy her next day went.
She struggled from the field in the winner-take-all matchup, converting just 6-of-18 attempts. She finished with 18 points, four assists and three three-pointers in the 94-83 defeat. Kelsey Mitchell produced 23 points on 7-of-23 shooting, while Aliyah Boston added 19 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two blocks.
Clark has been busy with the launch of her first signature shoes, the Nike Caitlin 1s. It released worldwide on Oct. 1, the same day the Fever were eliminated.

Indiana Fever: Caitlin Clark admits she didn’t sleep much after Game 3 loss
The former Iowa Hawkeyes star told the media on Thursday that she did not get a lot of sleep after the Game 3 defeat. She also shared what she did last Friday.
“I didn’t sleep much after our last game and then I got up the next day and went back to Iowa City,” Clark said. “It’s always so cool going back there, a place that really just loves women’s basketball and loves me. They just love the hot guys. It was cool. All the work that Nike did too, doing a whole blowout in the city for the Caitlin 1 and how people are so excited about the shoe. It was really fun.”

The launch was a massive success, as several stores reportedly sold out quickly. More colorways will be available for general release in the coming months.
Clark now has a longer offseason, but she already made it known that she will continue putting in work. She wants to improve some facets of her game that she feels still needs some tweaking.
